Micron Targets H2 2027 Mass Production for Next-Gen DRAM and NAND Nodes

Micron Technology said on June 24 that development of its next-generation DRAM and NAND process nodes is progressing well and is expected to enter mass production in the second half of 2027, according to 36Kr. The company also said the ramp-up pace for its 12-high HBM4 product is currently twice that of the 12-high HBM3E version. Micron added that it has cumulatively delivered more than $1 billion in HBM4 revenue.
