Fuel prices in Russia jumped again, adding to inflation risks and reinforcing the case for caution on monetary policy after central bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina warned about the threat, according to Bloomberg.
Nabiullina said lower output following Ukrainian strikes on refineries had become a new inflation risk.
