SecondFi said three external attacks drained 16 million ADA, worth $2.4 million, from 374 Cardano wallet users. According to NS3.AI, SecondFi also said it rescued another 129 million ADA by moving it to a third-party custodian.
SecondFi described the incidents as external attacks and said an independent audit is pending. Blockchain security firm SlowMist estimated total losses could exceed $20 million, subject to the results of that audit.
