据金十数据报道，双方合作将围绕TNO位于荷兰埃因霍温高科技园区正在建设的光子芯片试验生产线展开，ASML将分阶段提供包括DUV和I-Line光刻设备在内的制造技术支持。
项目投产后，该工厂将具备6英寸晶圆规模的磷化铟（InP）光子芯片量产能力。
