On June 7th, Bank of China (03988.HK) announced that the board of directors passed a motion to adjust the appointment arrangements for external auditors in 2024. It agreed to adjust the relevant arrangements for the original renewal of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) and PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide annual audit services to hire them to provide professional services such as the review of interim financial reports in 2024. The relevant professional service fee is 35 million yuan. Agree to start the recruitment of external auditors in 2024, and the selection plan and results will be followed separately.
