EVE Energy Unit Receives HK$375 Million Dividend From Smoore International Stake

EVE Energy said its wholly owned sub-subsidiary EBIL has received a cash dividend of HK$375 million from its equity investee Smoore International, according to 36Kr. Smoore approved a final dividend of HK$0.20 per share at its annual general meeting on May 22, 2026. EBIL holds 1,874,165,000 shares of Smoore and was expected to receive HK$375 million in cash dividends. EVE Energy said the dividend will have no impact on its 2026 consolidated net profit.
