中国银行拟对2024年度外部审计师聘任安排进行调整

6月7日讯，中国银行(03988.HK)公告，董事会通过议案，拟对2024年度外部审计师聘任安排进行调整。同意将原续聘普华永道中天会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）和罗兵咸永道会计师事务所提供年度审计服务的相关安排调整为聘请其提供2024年度中期财务报告审阅等专业服务，相关专业服务费用为3500万元。同意启动2024年度外部审计师的招标选聘工作，选聘方案及结果另行履行相关程序。
