Fortune REIT (0778) has signed a HK$3.8 billion sustainability performance-linked loan with eight mainland Chinese, international and local banks, according to Ming Pao.
The manager, Fortune Asset Management, said the proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt maturing in June this year.
