Sembcorp Industries (U96) said it completed the acquisition of 100% of Alinta Energy from Chow Tai Fook Enterprises on June 11, according to Ming Pao.
The report said Chow Tai Fook Enterprises has received A$6.5 billion, or HK$33.6 billion, in consideration and has ended its nine-year investment in Alinta.
