胜科工业完成收购Alinta Energy全部股权

新加坡胜科工业（星：U96）及澳大利亚Alinta Energy此前先后公布，胜科工业已于6月11日完成从周大福企业收购Alinta Energy全部股权。据明报报道，周大福企业已收取65亿澳元或336亿港元代价，并结束过去9年在Alinta的投资。
