参议院民主党人要求就阿联酋官员向美国总统特朗普家族加密项目World Liberty Financial投资5亿美元一事立即举行听证会，并审查该投资是否影响特朗普政府政策决定。据CoinDesk报道，沃伦、布卢门撒尔等参议员在6月23日致信称，阿布扎比王室相关人士拟以5亿美元收购World Liberty Financial 49%股权，交易据称在特朗普去年就职前4天完成，外方据报向与特朗普家族及其中东和俄罗斯首席外交官史蒂夫·威特科夫相关实体预付2.18亿美元。信中还提及特朗普政府随后在2025年5月批准对阿联酋14亿美元军售、推出CFIUS“Known Investor Pilot”计划，并放宽芯片出口限制，允许阿联酋AI公司G42获得3.5万枚英伟达Blackwell芯片。
