据 Foresight News 报道，Mishory 此前曾担任预测市场平台 Kalshi 的首席监管官兼总法律顾问；在此之前，他曾在美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）任职，包括在市场监管部门担任领导职务，以及担任委员 Brian Quintenz 的法律顾问。
