Novig has appointed Elie Mishory as its chief regulatory and legal affairs officer. According to Foresight News, Mishory previously served as chief regulatory officer and general counsel at prediction market platform Kalshi.
Before joining Kalshi, Mishory worked at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), including in leadership roles within the market oversight division and as legal counsel to Commissioner Brian Quintenz.
