Zhida Technology (2650) has placed 19.1256 million shares at HK$10.98 each, representing a discount of about 11.88% to the previous day’s price, according to Ming Pao.
The new shares account for 6.01% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital. Net proceeds are expected to be about HK$205 million.
