i-CABLE Communications (1097) said it plans to change its company name to Chow Tai Fook Media and Entertainment, according to Ming Pao.
The proposed name change will take effect only after approval by shareholders via a special resolution at a general meeting and approval by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong.
