ChipIntelli Holdings (2166) said it placed 97.7362 million new shares after market close at HK$3.00 per share via SDIC Securities International, according to Ming Pao.
The placing price represents a 15.01% discount to the stock’s closing price of HK$3.53. The shares were placed to no fewer than six investors.
The company expects net proceeds of about HK$291 million, which it plans to use to expand its memory and optoelectronic products businesses.
