Renrui Human Resources (6919) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ruibao International Wealth Management, began operations yesterday, according to Ming Pao.
Ruibao International is a Hong Kong-licensed insurance brokerage in which the group previously completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake, and it was formerly known as Zhicheng Wealth Consultants Co., Ltd., the company said.
