据明报报道，彭博称，香港法院已定于8月19日审理中国恒大清盘人提出的司法复核申请，挑战香港证券及期货事务监察委员会(证监会)促成的一项交易。
早前市场传出，恒大清盘人向法院申请司法复核，要求叫停证监会与普华永道香港达成的和解协议，该协议涉及以10亿港元赔偿予恒大合资格独立股东。
