据 ChainCatcher 报道，Castle Labs 发布 RWA 行业报告称，链上代币化现实世界资产（RWA）规模已达 282 亿美元，较 2025 年初增长约 500%，峰值曾达到 318 亿美元。
报告称，代币化美债及货币市场基金规模约 170 亿美元，占 RWA 市场近 60%；其中 BlackRock BUIDL 与 Hashnote USYC 均已突破 30 亿美元规模。报告还称，代币化股票今年以来增长超过 170%，高于代币化美债约 60% 的增速。
报告认为，稳定币扩张、机构资金入场以及 CLARITY、MiCA 等监管框架推进，推动传统金融资产上链；当前瓶颈从资产发行转向赎回机制与 DeFi 可组合性。报告称，约 282 亿美元链上 RWA 中仅约 30 亿美元进入 DeFi，渗透率约为 10%。
