Kyobo Life Insurance said on June 24 that it completed a proof of concept (PoC) for insurance payments using a Korean won-pegged stablecoin. According to NS3.AI, the PoC was carried out with blockchain infrastructure firm EQBR.
The company said the work followed a results-sharing session held on June 19.
