SpaceX plans to issue five tranches of senior notes totaling $22.5 billion, according to a U.S. SEC filing cited by 36Kr. The offering includes $7.0 billion of 5.35% senior notes due 2031, $6.0 billion of 5.65% notes due 2033, $6.0 billion of 5.875% notes due 2036, $2.5 billion of 6.6% notes due 2046, and $3.5 billion of 6.65% notes due 2056. Proceeds are slated to repay a bridge loan and for general corporate purposes, with the issuance expected to close on June 26, 2026.
