Waltek Gas said Russia has added helium to a list of specific commodities, requiring special permits for exports to regions outside the Eurasian Economic Union, and noted that helium prices have shown a clear decline from previous highs.

According to Jin10, the company said in a filing that its shares were flagged for abnormal trading volatility after the cumulative deviation in closing-price gains exceeded 30% over two consecutive trading days on June 22, 2026, and June 23, 2026.

Waltek Gas said it had conducted an internal review and learned that exporting helium from Russia to destinations outside the Eurasian Economic Union requires special approval from senior Russian officials. The company said it applies for the permits on a monthly basis, but the approval outcome remains uncertain.

The company also said it had noticed market rumors about adjustments to helium product prices. After verification, it said its helium product selling prices had already shown a clear downward trend from their highs.

For the first quarter of 2026, Waltek Gas reported operating revenue of 384 million yuan, up 13.7% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 33.88 million yuan, down 23.7% year on year.
