On June 7th, Tianfeng Securities clarified: The company is concerned that some online media and personal self-media communication companies "guarantee 43.90 billion yuan for overseas bond issuance". The company announced on June 3rd that the guarantee of 300 million US dollars of bonds provided by the overseas debt issuance business entity 100% owned by Tianfeng International Securities Group Co., Ltd. has been performed since May 31st. The funds are used to borrow new and repay the old. The funds obtained have been used for the normal repayment of overseas bonds due on June 5th. The bond has been rated by overseas rating agencies.
