Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. sued the Department of Defense seeking removal from a Pentagon blacklist that identifies the e-commerce company as a supporter of the Chinese military, according to Bloomberg.
Alibaba said the designation is arbitrary and unjustified and is appealing to the US justice system to overturn it.
