Thailand’s Department of Special Investigation (DSI) has expanded an investigation into a Chinese-linked crypto mining network accused of laundering more than $300 million annually. According to NS3.AI, investigators seized more than 6,390 crypto mining rigs and estimated power-theft damage at about $29 million.
The DSI has issued eight arrest warrants and said it is seeking seven additional suspects as the probe widens.
