据 ChainCatcher 报道，据 PYMNTS 报道，美国货币监理署（OCC）于 6 月 22 日发布拟议规则制定，要求受其监管的支付稳定币发行方（PPSI）遵守《银行保密法》及《GENIUS 法案》相关条款，并执行 FinCEN 和 OFAC 的 AML/CFT 计划、制裁计划及报告要求。
该规则拟建立 OCC 对 PPSI 的 AML/CFT 监督与执法框架，并明确 OCC 与 FinCEN 在执法行动中的协商机制。此前，OCC 已联合美联储、FDIC、NCUA 等机构就要求稳定币发行方建立客户身份识别程序征求公众意见。
