据 ChainCatcher 报道，H100 公告称，其年度股东大会已批准全部决议，包括授权发行与收购 Moonshot AS 及 Never Say Die AS 相关的对价股票。公告称，交易完成后，H100 的比特币储备将从 1,051 枚增至约 3,500 枚。
