日产股东否决永井素夫连任外部董事

据界面报道，6月23日，日产汽车股东否决了外部董事永井素夫的连任提名。日产表示，永井素夫未能获得连任所需的50%赞成票，另外11名董事会成员则顺利通过投票；永井素夫此前曾推动日产与本田合并。
