宋春正因个人健康原因辞任京东工业执行董事、首席执行官、薪酬委员会成员及香港联交所上市规则第3.05条项下授权代表，自2026年7月1日起生效。据36氪报道，京东工业在港交所公告称，王培暖获委任为公司执行董事、首席执行官及授权代表，同日起生效。
