SEC 文件显示，Cantor Equity Partners（CEPO）发布 424B3 招股书兼代理声明，推进与 Bitcoin Standard Treasury（BSTR）的业务合并交易。
据 Foresight News 报道，CEPO 股东大会将于 6 月 26 日举行，届时股东将投票决定是否批准该交易。
合并完成后，新公司预计在纳斯达克以 BSTR 代码上市。本次交易采用 Up-C 架构，BSTR 将贡献约 25000 枚比特币换取新公司多数股权。
