天眼查App显示，近日，巴斯夫吉化新戊二醇有限公司发生工商变更，原股东巴斯夫（中国）有限公司、巴斯夫欧洲公司退出，注册资本由1.5亿人民币减至6000万人民币。该公司成立于1995年11月，法定代表人为陈建军，现由中国石油全资持股。据36氪报道，其经营范围包括基础化学原料制造、专用化学产品制造及销售等。
