索尼拟发行两期美元债

据新浪财经报道，知情人士称，索尼集团计划发行两期高级固定利率美元债券：5年期债券收益率约较同期限美国国债高70个基点，10年期债券利差约为90个基点；债券可能于今日晚些时候定价。
