美国财政部海外资产控制办公室（OFAC）6月22日将3名个人和6家实体列入制裁名单，指其协助“伊斯兰国”（ISIS）进行资金交易。
据 NS3 报道，该网络通过货币服务业务并使用加密货币，在欧洲、中东和西非开展相关资金活动。
OFAC还将与Miloud Abderrahmane相关的两个TRON地址加入特别指定国民与被封锁人员（SDN）名单，并禁止美国人士与被指定方进行交易。
