RBCH has filed a lawsuit in New York against Solmate Infrastructure’s officers and directors, alleging breaches of fiduciary duty. According to NS3.AI, the complaint follows RBCH’s investment-linked involvement with Solmate and its governance.
RBCH said it holds about 22.74% of Brera Holdings after making a $50 million commitment to Solmate’s $300 million PIPE.
Viktor Fischer said Solmate is trading at a 50% discount to net asset value and accused the board of self-dealing.
