Fake Google ads reportedly enabled attackers to steal at least $400,000 from a trader by impersonating Uniswap. According to NS3.AI, the attackers used a cloned interface designed to look like Uniswap’s platform.
The report said the fake site prompted users to approve wallet permissions. Those approvals allegedly allowed the attackers to withdraw funds from the victim’s wallet.
