富兰克林邓普顿（Franklin Templeton）宣布完成对加密投资管理公司 250 Digital 的收购，交易包含 250 Digital 投资团队及此前由 CoinFund 运营的全部流动性加密策略，并将向这些策略注入资金。
据 Foresight News 报道，富兰克林邓普顿成立专属加密资管部门 Franklin Crypto，由 250 Digital 联合创始人 Christopher Perkins 负责，Seth Ginns 任首席投资官，与富兰克林邓普顿数字资产团队的 Tony Pecore 共同管理，向公司创新业务负责人 Sandy Kaul 汇报；Franklin Crypto 将面向机构投资者提供主动管理型加密策略。
此前消息称，富兰克林邓普顿曾于 2026 年 4 月宣布收购 CoinFund 的分拆公司 250 Digital，并计划在交易完成后推出并命名为「Franklin Crypto」的加密部门，专注面向养老基金和主权财富基金服务。
