据 ChainCatcher 报道，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市的 Solana 财库公司 Upexi 宣布签署证券购买协议，将以私募方式按每股约 1.6 美元发行价格出售约 1,224.23 万股普通股（或等值预付认股权证），募资 1,950 万美元。公司称资金将用于偿还现有债务，并继续增持 SOL 作为战略储备。
