欣旺达动力据悉考虑改赴香港上市

6月7日讯，媒体援引知情人士称，欣旺达动力科技股份有限公司考虑在香港而非深圳进行首次公开募股(IPO)。欣旺达动力是总部位于深圳的欣旺达电子旗下公司、欣旺达动力去年提交过创业板上市申请，中信证券为保荐人。欣旺达动力还在一轮融资中筹资16.5亿元人民币，估值约为360亿元人民币。知情人士称，相关讨论仍在进行。
