Zhuhai Runkai New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established with registered capital of RMB 3.19 million and legal representative Zhang Yu, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha information shows the company’s business scope includes solar power generation technology services, engineering and technology R&D and testing, and emerging energy technology development, and it is wholly owned by CATL subsidiary Times Green Energy Co., Ltd.
