Changcun Capital (Wuhan) Investment Management Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital from RMB 300 million to about RMB 810 million, a rise of roughly 169%, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha data showed the change was made recently through an industrial and commercial registration update. The company was established in November 2022, with Shi Wenguang as its legal representative. Its business scope includes asset management services for investments made with its own funds, investment activities using its own funds, corporate management, and financing consulting services. Changcun Capital is wholly owned by Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (YMTC) Holding Co., Ltd.
