JD.com Founder Liu Qiangdong Unveils “Nirvana Plan” to Train 700,000 Couriers for AI Era

JD.com founder and chairman Liu Qiangdong said at the 2026 APEC Business Leaders China Forum that the company has proposed an internal “Nirvana Plan” to send about 700,000 couriers and other blue-collar workers to schools for technical training to prepare for future AI development, according to Ming Pao.
