Karat Art Holdings (1025) said it placed 80.873 million shares at HK$0.20 each, a discount of about 4.31% to the previous day’s closing price. According to Ming Pao, the new shares represent about 16.67% of the company’s enlarged share capital, with net proceeds of HK$15.29 million to be used for general working capital.
