Laifu Harmonic Plans Hong Kong IPO of 13.44 Million H Shares at Up to HK$85.50

Laifu Harmonic said in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing that it plans a global offering of 13,441,900 H shares, including 672,100 shares for the Hong Kong public offering and 12,769,800 shares for the international offering, with a 15% over-allotment option, according to 36Kr. The offer price is set at no more than HK$85.50 per share, and the shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 30, 2026.
