据Odaily星球日报报道，Citrini研究员Zephyr称Rubin Ultra HBM性能已降至12 Hi水平，且尚未开始使用HB技术；在2027年不会使用16 Hi芯片，并称混合键合技术对HBM成本高且产率低。
Citrini研究员Jukan在评论区称“我早在四月的时候就告诉过你了”。SemiAnalysis创始人Dylan Patel转发Discord截图称，在3月份使用其Memory和Accelerator模型的客户已得知Rubin Ultra 16 Hi将被12 Hi版本替换。
文中提及，此前Jukan称“英伟达计划大砍新一代机架内存配置”，当时美股、韩股内存板块一度集体大跌；Patel称该消息断章取义、过于标题党。
