The European Union will introduce revised anti-money laundering rules in July 2027, requiring enhanced know-your-customer checks for one-time crypto-asset service provider transactions of €1,000 or more.

According to NS3.AI, the updated framework will also ban anonymous accounts.

The rules further state that services related to privacy coins will be completely banned.
