Sonic has announced leadership and board changes at Sonic Labs, including new CEO and COO appointments.
According to PANews, Michael Kong, Andre Cronje, and David Richardson will resign from the Sonic Labs board. Matt Visser will become chief executive officer, and Kosta Kourkoumelis will join the company as chief operating officer.
The announcement said the team plans to focus on transparency and rebuilding trust amid a recent token price decline and low community sentiment. It added that decisions and the reasons behind them will be disclosed publicly, and that the team is forming a dedicated risk and compliance committee to help ensure operations meet expected standards for holders.
