欧盟《加密资产市场条例》（MiCA）将于7月1日全面生效，但全欧盟获牌机构不足60家，审批积压令多家申请方悬而未决。据 BeInCrypto 报道，德国联邦金融监管局BaFin已授权约18家加密资产服务提供商（CASP），占已发放牌照约36%；法国、爱尔兰、马耳他等监管机构清理队列进度较慢，法国AMF已向无牌运营机构发出最终警告。
