RWE Said Near Deal to Raise Stake in Amprion at About €10 Billion Valuation

RWE AG is nearing a deal to increase its stake in transmission-grid operator Amprion by buying stakes from Swiss Life and a German pension fund. In the transaction, according to Bloomberg, Amprion could be valued at about €10 billion ($11.5 billion), people familiar with the matter said.
