Custodia and Vantage Bank have proposed a token designed to switch between a bank deposit and a stablecoin.
According to NS3.AI, the token would function within the Hazel network for participating banks and also operate outside the network for external users.
The companies said they expect the Hazel network to become broadly available in the fourth quarter of 2026.
