BlackRock has launched BITA, a Bitcoin exchange-traded product designed to target a 15%–25% annual yield.
According to NS3.AI, BITA gains Bitcoin exposure through IBIT and generates income by selling call options on about 25%–35% of the portfolio.
Jay Jacobs said the product is aimed at investors seeking Bitcoin exposure alongside monthly income. The approach may limit some upside participation during periods when Bitcoin rallies sharply.
